Our mission is to make good, wholesome beef jerky by keeping our products as natural as possible. We use no added sugar, salts,MSG or chemicals except sodium nitrite to ensure proper drying. We use only fresh, NOT FROZEN, Texas select beef marinated with Texas blended spices to assure premium quality and taste. We use the leanest beef cuts available and our jerky is shipped FRESH NEVER FROZEN. Upon receipt of your products simply place your jerky in a cool, dry, dark place (i.e.) kitchen cupboard and it should be good for months.
